I’m extremely pleased with the experience thus far with at the Riverview Modern Dentistry. Few months ago being in the office for a regular appointment I was overcome with a lot of emotions (ugly crying) - the tragic loss of my father in law and my mother’s cancer diagnosis hit hard that morning. The staff at front desk noticed and checked in on me, giving me tissue and offering a drink. They even called once I reached home to check in. The small gesture made a huge difference. At my most recent appointment the Dr Dietrich remembered the challenges I was facing and was sure to check in on how the family and I are doing - even remembered my husband’s name. The great bedside manners and professionalism are usually expected; the intentionality is what differentiates RMD from any other dental place. If you are looking for a dentist in the Riverview Area who truly cares about their patients and not just their profits I highly recommend this team.
