You Break Through

I had a great experience from start to finish! Dee did an excellent job with my X-rays and made sure I was comfortable and taken care of throughout the process. Emely was awesome during my deep cleaning, she was thorough, professional, and made the experience as comfortable as possible. Dr. Kristina Hanhan was also fantastic. She took the time to thoroughly explain everything I needed done, answered my questions, and made sure I understood the plan moving forward. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly nice, caring, and professional. Going to the dentist isn’t always something you look forward to, but the entire team made it a genuinely pleasurable experience. I would definitely recommend them!

I hadn’t had a dental cleaning in a few years, so I was a little nervous about finding a new dental office, but I truly could not have had a better experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Millie, who had also helped me over the phone the day before with my insurance. She was so welcoming and made everything incredibly easy, which immediately helped calm my nerves. I was then seen by Dr. Hanhan and Daiyanah right at my scheduled appointment time, which was so appreciated! They took the time to explain everything we would be doing during my visit. Daiyanah did all of my X-rays, which is usually my least favorite part of going to the dentist, but she was so knowledgeable, patient, and kind that I honestly didn’t mind them at all! Dr. Hanhan was extremely calm and so nice, she really cares about her patients and establishing a treatment plan just like she did for me today! Millie even came back from the front desk to personally explain the pricing and insurance breakdown to me. I’ve never had a dental office take the time to do that before, and it made such a difference. I felt completely involved in the process and actually understood exactly what I was being charged for and what my insurance covered. I then met Gabby, who cleaned my teeth, and she was amazing! She was professional, gentle, and made the entire cleaning so comfortable. Every single person I interacted with was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. They made what I was nervous about going into such an easy and positive experience. I would 100% recommend this dental office and their team, especially to anyone who may be nervous about going to the dentist or hasn’t been in a while. I’m so glad I chose them!
